We want to be held accountable for the opportunities we create for our valued clients, and not the hours we spend doing it. We call this approach “Pay-on-Performance.”
Our framework is structured much like a sales-based compensation model. Here are some key elements:
We provide UNLIMITED hours for every client engagement. We won’t bill our time – EVER.
We charge a small base for this unlimited service that only covers half of our costs in serving a client. If that’s all we invoice a company at the end of the month, we’ve lost money on the account.
We cover the rest of our costs and make a profit by setting fees to specific, pre-approved deliverables that may include, but not be limited to:
- Generating new sales leads
- Driving additional website traffic
- Generating more social media engagements
- Securing visible and impactful press coverage
- Achieving investor interest
- Acquiring partner prospects
