Since joining Stalwart Communications in 2008, Alyson Rybar has been counted on to spearhead many marketing, business development and public relations initiatives for a variety of organizations. She’s been featured as an expert source numerous times on PR Couture, the number one fashion PR blog, and a presenter at the Fashion Institute Design and Merchandising school in San Diego to discuss PR. Rybar has successfully secured clients in a wide range of media outlets, including San Diego Business Journal, San Diego Union Tribune, San Diego Daily Transcript, North County Times, San Diego News Network, KUSI, San Diego 6, NBC 7/39, Denver Post, NY Post, FOX Business Channel, Fox & Friends, Engadget, TWICE, Dvice, Internet Retailer, Chief Marketer, AdAge, Defense News, SIGNAL Magazine, Washington Technology, Hearing Review, Hearing Journal, Chain Leader, Fast Casual, and QSR Magazine.
Rybar started her career as a Sales and Marketing Representative for ServiceSource, a global leader in Service Performance Management based in San Francisco. In that role, she developed and sold large, complex service and support contracts for Sun Microsystems. Aside from her consistent sales accomplishments, Rybar assisted in creating and executing marketing campaigns for new initiatives.
Before joining Stalwart , Rybar was the Business Development Coordinator for Soltek Pacific Construction Company, a 35-year old general contractor located in San Diego. In that capacity, she assisted in writing technical proposals for government, schools and other public entities. Rybar revamped the company newsletter, prepared press releases and represented the company at trade shows, which ultimately increased new business opportunities.
Rybar is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2005. Immediately following graduation, Rybar participated in an Internship at Linhart Public Relations, a firm based in Denver.
