As companies focus on their 2015 marketing plans, it will likely entail researching potential tradeshows, reviewing editorial calendars and uncovering possible advertising opportunities. Organizations will be looking to stretch their marketing dollars and get the most bang for their buck. When it comes time to determining how funds will be allocated, I encourage businesses to keep another crucial aspect in mind that is often times overlooked when planning - professional photos. It’s important for companies to dedicate funds for high quality, magazine ready shots of the organizations products and head shots of the executive team. As a PR professional, I can’t stress how important this is as many publications will not only ask for these, but require high resolution images in order to publish a story. It’s a must!

So when working on your 2015 marketing plan, be sure to include getting professional photos in your budget.
